Engineering Attendant

Responsibilities

• Manage the efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of the hotel's physical structure, utility services, and equipment.
• Execute planned and unplanned maintenance for air-conditioning, electrical, refrigeration, plumbing, and drainage systems.
• Maintain FLS equipment, kitchen and laundry machinery, and low voltage (LV) systems.
• Perform building maintenance including furniture, fixtures, painting, and parts renewal.
• Communicate with engineering management regarding potential improvements to increase operational efficiency.
• Implement safe work practices and proper preventative maintenance protocols at all times.

Requirements

• Senior High School or University education background.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant hands-on experience in a technical area of expertise.
• Good reading and oral proficiency in the English language.
• Strong communication and customer contact skills.
• Service-oriented mindset with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Professional grooming and a self-motivated attitude.
