Engineering Associate

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for all frontline process-related issues during 12-hour shift operations
• Collaborate with Equipment, Yield, and Operation teams to restore down processes and machines to production
• Deploy and review effective statistical control of processes to ensure a stable and robust processing platform
• Support process engineering continuous improvement projects and cost optimization to maintain production capacities
• Provide effective hand-over to and from day/night shift process sustaining members

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering, Science, or equivalent from a recognized institution
• Experience in lithography processes within a high-volume semiconductor manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of SPC (Statistical Process Control) and OCAP (Out of Control Action Plan)
• Fundamental Microsoft Excel and computer skills
• Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts
