Responsibilities

• Provide service and repairs to hotel equipment including electrical, plumbing, steam, gas, fire & safety, HVAC, and refrigeration
• Respond to and complete assigned maintenance tickets promptly
• Perform daily inspections and routine preventive maintenance on hotel systems
• Troubleshoot and repair guestroom issues such as lighting, fixtures, locks, and appliances
• Maintain grounds, hotel, and Swann House, including snow removal and landscaping
• Assist guests with requests and address inquiries professionally
• Follow company, local, state, and federal safety guidelines
• Participate in emergency response procedures

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience with maintenance duties
• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, low-voltage electrical, carpentry, and painting
• Ability to stand for up to 10 hours during a shift
• Open availability to work any shift, including nights and weekends
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience working in a hotel environment
