About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day maintenance of building, facility, equipment, and machinery including HVAC and production lines
- Coordinate work of employees responsible for facility and equipment repair
- Oversee engineering, design, and installation of new equipment and capital projects
- Manage preventative/predictive maintenance and Maintenance Work Order Systems
- Create and manage budgets for facility, repair, and labor
- Provide technical support to ensure safe, high-quality, and cost-effective factory operations
- Manage spare parts inventory and procurement of outside contractors
- Ensure compliance with federal and state laws and safety standards
Requirements
- BS Degree in Engineering
- 8+ years of experience in an Engineering Management role
- 3+ years of people management experience
- Experience with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
- Lean skills including Kaizen, Standardized Work, and VSM
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CMMS
- Strong data analysis skills
- Experience with AutoCAD
