Engineering and Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day maintenance of building, facility, equipment, and machinery including HVAC and production lines
• Coordinate work of employees responsible for facility and equipment repair
• Oversee engineering, design, and installation of new equipment and capital projects
• Manage preventative/predictive maintenance and Maintenance Work Order Systems
• Create and manage budgets for facility, repair, and labor
• Provide technical support to ensure safe, high-quality, and cost-effective factory operations
• Manage spare parts inventory and procurement of outside contractors
• Ensure compliance with federal and state laws and safety standards

Requirements

• BS Degree in Engineering
• 8+ years of experience in an Engineering Management role
• 3+ years of people management experience
• Experience with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
• Lean skills including Kaizen, Standardized Work, and VSM
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CMMS
• Strong data analysis skills
• Experience with AutoCAD
