Engineering and Industrial IT Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale engineering and industrial IT projects as part of the 2030 industrial plan
• Define and lead working groups with operational and technical site teams
• Create specifications and deploy structured methodologies such as DMAIC
• Monitor investment plans, including ROI calculations and validation phases
• Support teams through change management and training
• Define frameworks for industrial IT project development
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities regarding flow optimization and performance management

Requirements

• Master's degree (BAC+5) in engineering with a focus on continuous improvement
• 5 years of experience in project management within operational excellence environments
• Strong experience in industrialization projects involving Industry 4.0 and industrial automation/IT
• Proficiency in English for international collaboration
• Strong leadership and ability to manage multidisciplinary teams transversally
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in batch or process industries
