About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage large-scale industrial engineering and IT projects as part of the NOVA project
- Define and lead working groups with operational and technical site teams
- Create specifications and deploy structured methodologies such as DMAIC
- Monitor investment plans, including ROI calculations and validation phases
- Support teams through change management and training
- Define frameworks and support the development of industrial IT projects
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities regarding flow optimization and performance management
Requirements
- Master's degree (BAC+5) in engineering with a focus on continuous improvement
- 5 years of experience in project management within operational excellence environments
- Experience in industrialization projects involving Industry 4.0 and industrial automation/IT
- Proficiency in English for international collaboration
- Strong leadership and ability to manage multidisciplinary teams transversally
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in batch/process industry
