About the role

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, budget estimates, and schedules for assigned projects.
  • Participate in and validate engineering development related to assigned projects.
  • Monitor and control project budget and schedule within the area of responsibility.
  • Coordinate installation, commissioning, and deployment activities for project components.
  • Communicate project progress, issues, and risks to relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with maintenance, operations, quality, and other functions to support effective project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with engineering standards, policies, and safety requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related engineering discipline.
  • 0–3 years of experience in engineering, project support, manufacturing, or industrial environments (internships or co-op experience included).
  • Foundational to intermediate technical knowledge in mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, or electrical systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
  • Working knowledge of basic project management concepts.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve engineering problems with guidance.
  • Effective communication skills for working with cross-functional teams and contractors.
