Engineering Analyst

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key point of contact between the engineering team and functional departments like manufacturing, quality, and procurement
• Manage and administer engineering systems including JDE and Vault to ensure seamless operations
• Ensure compliance with Stage Gate/Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and ISO standards
• Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to keep engineering projects on schedule
• Provide training and user support for engineering systems and develop procedural documentation
• Maintain accurate engineering documentation, reports, and archives in accordance with company standards
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within engineering workflows to optimize efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
• 0-2 years of experience in an engineering, project management, or analytical role
• Proficiency in JDE and Vault
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of APQP, Stage Gate, and ISO processes
