Engineering Administrator

Responsibilities

• Support the engineering department with daily administrative operations and document control
• Coordinate maintenance scheduling and workflow to ensure operational efficiency
• Assist in processing and tracking maintenance requests and work orders
• Ensure all engineering records are properly documented, updated, and filed accurately
• Support the procurement process, including managing PR/PO documentation

Requirements

• Strong administrative, organizational, and document control skills
• Experience handling maintenance records or work orders within engineering or hospitality operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to manage data and maintain accurate filing systems
• Excellent communication, coordination, and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
