Responsibilities
- Perform time studies and station balancing to optimize production efficiency
- Conduct machine load analysis and develop work methods
- Implement floor improvements and prepare visual aids for production processes
- Interpret blueprints and utilize AutoCAD for basic engineering tasks
- Support MAE process workflows and maintain technical documentation
Requirements
- Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience in a similar engineering role
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (basic level) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints
- Knowledge of MAE processes and machine load analysis
- Flexibility regarding work schedules
