Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with legal, GMP-relevant, and technical requirements in Warehouse & Distribution
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements for the storage of hazardous substances and medicines
• Ensure GMP requirements in temperature control, qualification, documentation, and change control for storage and transport
• Ensure qualification and validation of rooms and equipment
• Organize, commission, and monitor maintenance and repair measures for technical devices and facilities
• Create and maintain GMP-compliant project, qualification, and SOP documentation
• Monitor process sustainability using KPIs
• Create and update risk assessments and conduct corresponding training
• Plan, coordinate, and implement logistical and technical projects
• Execute procurement activities for non-production materials and external services
• Support the evaluation, testing, and introduction of new technologies in production logistics
• Represent the Head of Warehouse & Distribution during absences
• Prepare, accompany, and conduct regulatory inspections and audits

Requirements

• Completed degree, preferably in engineering or business sciences
• Professional experience in a GMP environment and production logistics
• High affinity for precise and high-quality evaluations and documentation using IT tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Veeva)
• Experience in continuous improvement processes (CIP) and Lean Management
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form
