Engineer, Test Engineering

Responsibilities

• Own and sustain burn-in manufacturing processes to ensure stable production performance.
• Monitor burn-in process health, yield trends, uptime, and quality indicators.
• Analyze yield excursions, failures, and process deviations using data-driven methodologies.
• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, reliability screening, and cost reduction.
• Provide technical support and timely disposition for production issues impacting manufacturing flow.
• Support the qualification and release of new products into burn-in manufacturing.
• Partner with product managers, NPI engineers, and QA teams to design and maintain system functionality.
• Generate and maintain engineering documentation including SOPs, OCAPs, and FMEA.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering, Applied Science, or Physics.
• Understanding of semiconductor test processes and manufacturing flow.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis and data analysis tools.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex problems and manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (Sept 2026 intake).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with memory or storage products (SSD, NAND, DRAM, USB, etc.).
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
• Proficiency in problem-solving methodologies such as DMAIC, 8D, or Lean principles.
• Experience with statistical tools like SPC, JMP, Minitab, or Python.
• Experience supporting automotive or high-reliability products.
