Engineer - System & Process Management

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot MES/ERP systems, including local KDMES and GSCM for logistics tracking
• Conduct regular audits of manufacturing processes and respond to raw material or process quality issues
• Manage PGM (Program) management for new models, including "Work Map" changes
• Oversee inventory reports, daily production reports, and SKD (Semi-Knocked Down) kit ordering and planning
• Manage material warehouse operations and the flow of work-in-progress (WIP) departments

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in process management or industrial systems
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics, Industrial, or Systems Engineering preferred)
• Proficiency in Odin PGM and factory execution software
• Experience in RMA response and VOC (Voice of Customer) issue resolution
• Fluency in English and strong computer literacy
