Engineer- Specials

Responsibilities

• Apply mechanical engineering principles to develop design options and recommendations for structures, systems, and components
• Manage the creation and maintenance of generic bills of material (BOM) and item masters
• Modify existing designs using a strong understanding of design intent and product application
• Perform primary analyses and feasibility studies to support product development
• Collaborate with product and manufacturing engineering to develop data for routings and product changes
• Follow standardized engineering processes to ensure first-time quality and accuracy
• Identify and apply problem-solving skills to resolve process and engineering issues in daily work

Requirements

• 4-year degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent technical discipline
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working with Creo and Windchill
• Demonstrated proficiency in Creo modeling, complex assemblies, and detailed engineering drawings
• Proven experience working with bills of material (BOM)
• Basic knowledge of Lean principles and the ability to identify waste within business processes
• Proficiency in common office automation tools and engineering software
