- Manage, troubleshoot, and optimize core infrastructure
- Ensure high availability and robust security compliance
- Maintain seamless operational continuity
- Support infrastructure within manufacturing or production environments
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of proven experience in similar roles
- Solid experience managing and configuring virtualized environments
- Strong expertise in Windows Operating Systems for workstations and servers
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (incident, change, and request management)
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft WSUS
- Proven experience in network and firewall administration and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with professional file transfer software and secure data systems
- Experience in vulnerability identification, management, and remediation
- Experience working with the Closed Loop Framework and compliance requirements
