Engineer, Senior

Responsibilities

• Research, design, develop, simulate, and validate systems-level software, hardware, architecture, algorithms, and solutions.
• Perform functional analysis to drive requirements and specifications, ensuring alignment with hardware and software standards.
• Develop and analyze system-level designs, including interface definitions and functional/performance requirements.
• Collaborate across functional teams to implement and test features and verify system accuracy.
• Drive triage of system-level problems to determine root causes and present debugging results.
• Develop innovative ideas and solutions for specific product or feature areas.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of Systems Engineering or related work experience.
• (Alternative: Master's degree with 1+ year of experience, or a PhD in a related field).

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or Computer Science.
• 4+ years of Systems Engineering or related work experience.
• 2+ years of experience with 4G/5G/6G systems and associated cellular standards (e.g., 3GPP NR, LTE, 3G).
• 2+ years of experience working within a large matrixed organization.
• 1+ year of experience in a role requiring interaction with senior leadership.
