Engineer, Senior - Equipment

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers and technicians to achieve uptime, output, yield, quality, and cost targets
• Drive equipment fault investigations and continuous improvement programs to resolve chronic issues
• Maintain sustainable manufacturing equipment and enforce maintenance controls to conform to work instructions
• Coach and train engineers and technicians in equipment problem-solving and technical analysis
• Manage spare parts availability, costs, and vendor services to ensure compliance with factory protocols
• Execute equipment move-in, installation, setup, and buy-off within set timelines
• Establish and update PM procedures, Risk Assessments, and Troubleshooting guidelines
• Ensure compliance with CSR, EHS, QM, ESD, 5S standards, and cleanroom protocols

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in wafer process engineering and/or equipment maintenance
• Experience in high-volume production of electronic components within the semiconductor industry or an MNC
• Strong knowledge of statistical and quality tools (SPC)
• Proficiency with MS Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong organizational, leadership, and systematic troubleshooting skills
