About the role
Responsibilities
- Participate in a structured two-year trainee program starting September 1, 2026, rotating through technology, science, quality, and logistics departments.
- Integrate into daily operations and take on challenging tasks in both project work and routine business.
- Contribute to the development and construction of new production plants and the optimization of existing processes.
- Engage in intensive work regarding qualification, validation, and Data Science.
- Support supplier management, production and logistics planning, and quality assurance to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
Requirements
- Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Medical Technology, Data Science, Medical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
- Fluency in both German and English.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Data Science, AI topics, and common programming languages.
- High level of quality awareness and a proactive approach to taking on responsibility.
- Ideally, initial professional experience through industrial internships or studies abroad.
- Strong social competence and the ability to work effectively within a team.
