Engineer, Quality System

Responsibilities

• Organize the quality management system, hazardous substances management, and product safety requirements for the Zhuhai factory.
• Develop and promote management processes to improve factory operations.
• Collaborate with departments to review and optimize processes within Agile and OA systems.
• Establish cross-factory supervision and continuous improvement mechanisms.
• Lead TL9000 and customer audits, following up on improvement actions and verifying their effectiveness.

Requirements

• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, listening, and speaking) with CET 4 or 6 certification.
• Strong self-study skills and a commitment to continuous learning.
• Excellent coordination and executive abilities when working on collaborative projects.
• Ability to travel for business as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience working with Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• TL9000 or ISO9001 internal auditor certification.
• Proven experience leading at least one process improvement or promotion project.
