Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide technical engineering support for continuous daily manufacturing operations, including troubleshooting, process optimization, and equipment modifications.
• Act as a technical expert for processes, equipment, and systems during troubleshooting and multi-functional discussions.
• Supervise manufacturing processes for performance indicators and provide troubleshooting mentorship.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, maintenance, quality assurance, and validation departments to develop requirements for system modifications.
• Support the execution of manufacturing and quality systems, including deviations, equipment qualification, and process validation.
• Apply engineering principles to the design and implementation of system modifications, experiments, and capital projects.
• Support 24/7 non-standard shift operations, including extended hours and weekends, as required by business needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Chemical).
• 2 years of engineering experience.
• Experience with equipment and/or process troubleshooting within a regulated environment.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical/biotech processes and GMP production operations.
• Strong organizational and technical writing skills.
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
