Engineer QMPP PD

Responsibilities

• Represent Quality Management in product and production development projects during pre-launch, launch, and series production.
• Manage and control the quality system to ensure production processes meet customer specifications and maintain sustainable plant-level quality.
• Support the release of production lines by implementing visual aids and standard work instructions.
• Monitor and improve quality indicators and metrics, including IPMs and NCC.
• Collaborate on the implementation of preventive, corrective, and containment actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• 2 years of experience in the Automotive Industry.
• 2 years of experience with Automotive Quality Standards.
• 2 years of experience in Backend Assemblies or similar environments.
• Proficiency in problem-solving methods such as FMEA, 5Why, Ishikawa, and 8D.
• Ability to read technical drawings and use measurement technology.
• Experience handling flow charts, control plans, and IATF 16949 requirements.
• Strong communication, presentation, and coaching/mentoring skills.
