Engineer - Public Aesthetics

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of technical frameworks and approaches to support public aesthetics initiatives and operational excellence.
• Support the identification of key risk areas impacting public aesthetics by analyzing system-generated data and field inputs.
• Assist in defining technical standards, tools, and methodologies for monitoring and improving operational performance.
• Coordinate initiatives and improvement projects aimed at enhancing public aesthetics in alignment with the RTA and the Dubai Civility Committee.
• Maintain systems and tools to capture, track, and manage field observations related to public aesthetics and service quality.
• Analyze operational phenomena to identify trends, recurring issues, and root causes to support the development of corrective actions.
• Classify identified issues based on risk, impact, and technical parameters to support prioritization and decision-making.
• Coordinate and track corrective and preventive actions with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
• Generate technical reports and dashboards highlighting performance trends, issue status, and response effectiveness.
• Contribute to designing technical solutions to address operational gaps and reduce negative behaviors impacting public aesthetics.
• Support the development and enhancement of early warning and monitoring systems for proactive issue detection.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Industrial, or Environmental Engineering.
• 0-1+ years of experience in a related field.
• Strong understanding of Core Engineering Principles.
• Knowledge of Public Transport & Logistics.
• Ability to work on institutional development and sector alignment.
