Engineer, Project Engineering

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and execute capital projects to support growth and world-class manufacturing.
• Support technical developments and feasibility studies for engineering-related activities in the supply chain.
• Define and deliver capital and technical agendas during the development phases of investment projects.
• Develop capital budgets, forecast cash flow, and ensure adherence to Mondelēz business and innovation processes.
• Implement state-of-the-art processes and equipment strategies to optimize resources and harmonize assets.
• Ensure all projects meet the highest levels of quality, safety, and environmental requirements.

Requirements

• Senior-level technical expertise across various engineering disciplines.
• Proven project management skills with experience in capital expense project execution.
• Ability to lead and work effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Strong stakeholder influencing skills to drive technical and capital agendas.
