Engineer, Process Integration

Responsibilities

• Coordinate improvements in yield, quality, and output for the NAND Flash production line.
• Design, execute, and analyze process experiments to optimize fab processes.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams including Process & Equipment Engineering, WLR, and TD to improve product reliability.
• Collect and interpret complex data to investigate yield and quality issues.
• Communicate module-related issues to fab engineering and leadership teams.
• Integrate AI-assisted tools and insights into daily workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Partner with global partners and sister fabs to drive business process alignment and process synchronization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Engineering or Science.
• Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across all organizational levels.
• Digital fluency and the ability to apply AI literacy to research, analysis, and problem-solving.
• A growth mindset and a passion for continuous learning.

Preferred Qualifications

• Internship or professional experience within the semiconductor industry.
• Demonstrated leadership experience and a track record of delivering impact.
• Knowledge of the semiconductor industry and Micron's specific technologies.
