Engineer Operations Manager - DBU

Responsibilities

• Oversee complex projects across five product lines within the Diversified Business Unit (DBU)
• Balance business and engineering implications to maintain product quality and consistency
• Drive project execution and progress toward deadlines through cross-functional leadership
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, key milestones, and resource requirements
• Document project status and partner with stakeholders to address gaps and actions
• Assist with DBU management and reporting, including Quarterly Business presentations and yearly strategy
• Coordinate with department managers to assign necessary resources for project success

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with 7-10 years of related experience, OR Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering with 5-7 years of experience
• Strong understanding of financial metrics including ROI, GM, R&D Spend, and contribution margin
• Proficiency in Project Management, ERP, or PLM tools such as JIRA, SmartSheet, or Arena
• Exceptional analytical, research, and presentation skills
• Ability to communicate technical details to project teams and executive summaries to C-suite leadership
• Strong organizational skills and a demonstrated ability to deliver on-time results
