Engineer NOC I

Responsibilities

• Plan and carry out activities related to network automation, monitoring, and automation tool support
• Apply a systematic and disciplined approach for modifications of existing applications, simple changes, and reports
• Comply with IGT policies and established ISO processes and procedures
• Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) and follow IT best practices
• Assist with the administration of NMS systems and software integration with other applications
• Support the planning and coordination of project schedules for automation deployments or upgrades
• Respond to user problems and work toward effective resolution

Requirements

• Two-year degree or 3-4 years of related experience
• Experience with NMS systems administration
• Knowledge of network automation support and software integration
• Ability to work with minimal supervision on routine tasks
