Engineer

Responsibilities

• Apply standard engineering principles and techniques to support business objectives
• Manage capital procurement projects for manufacturing line updates and installations
• Conduct feasibility studies, determine manpower, and develop cost estimates
• Perform primary analyses to develop design options for structures, systems, and components
• Execute solutions to technical problems independently and follow quality processes
• Assess process concepts to identify continuous improvement opportunities

Requirements

• Engineering or technical degree from an accredited program (or a 2-year technical degree in a related field)
• 5 years of applicable engineering experience
• Knowledge of Lean principles and their application
• Ability to communicate effectively with production, engineering, and management teams
• Proficiency in common office automation and engineering-related software

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SQL queries and database management
• Project management experience
