Responsibilities

• Build new product experiences across the hiring workflow
• Develop systems that turn conversational signal into structured actions and insights
• Create AI-assisted features that are useful, transparent, and well-integrated
• Improve quality, speed, and reliability across user-facing and agent-facing product components
• Own and ship meaningful product areas from problem definition through rollout
• Shape how AI products behave in real customer workflows

Requirements

• Experience shipping products in fast-moving software environments
• Ability to work across the full stack or move outside default lanes as needed
• Strong product sense and ability to translate messy problems into clear decisions
• Comfort with ownership, ambiguity, and cross-functional collaboration
• Experience with workflow software or AI-enabled products is a plus
• Experience in startup or scale-up environments
