Engineer - Manufacturing Support

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support to manufacturing to meet production targets and implement process improvements.
• Analyze manufacturing rejects to identify and rectify root causes.
• Support manufacturing capacity and yield increases through technical solutions.
• Manage Validation & Verification planning, execution, and reporting.
• Execute NPI (New Product Introduction) projects involving new products, processes, or equipment.
• Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.
• Process NCRs, Concessions, and Change Notices in a timely manner.
• Translate and review Work Instructions and Procedures during QMS or DMR upgrades.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Microelectronics, Biomedical, or Automation).
• 1+ years of manufacturing support experience within a highly regulated industry.
• Proven experience working within a Quality Management System (QMS).
• Proficiency in English (verbal, reading, and writing) for daily working use.
• Strong logical thinking, problem-solving, and self-learning abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
