Engineer III, Maintenance

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical specialist providing expertise in electrical, mechanical, and structural systems
• Develop, evaluate, and maintain maintenance plans and technical criteria for industrial equipment and infrastructure
• Assess the feasibility and technical soundness of equipment, materials, and solutions through testing and validation
• Participate in the development of design plans, technical proposals, and feasibility studies for plant improvements
• Resolve complex maintenance and operational issues
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and EHS
• Support continuous improvement through equipment upgrades, process enhancements, and new maintenance methods

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or a similar Engineering field
• Solid experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement
• Clear and effective technical communication skills
• Ability to act as a technical reference and collaborate effectively across departments
