Engineer II - Reliability

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement and root cause analysis of equipment reliability and preventative maintenance activities.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Maintenance, Production Operations, and Manufacturing Engineering.
• Act as a subject matter expert for data entry, PM planning, and scheduling within SAP-PM modules.
• Develop facilities equipment PM documentation, reporting, and legal documentation to support government and local requirements.
• Proactively support required modifications to maintenance procedures for continuous improvement.
• Train users on existing role requirements to maintain effective day-to-day maintenance data.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
• 3-4+ years of relevant experience, with automotive industry experience strongly preferred.
• Prior experience as a maintenance skilled tradesperson, maintenance technician, or maintenance supervisor in a manufacturing/assembly environment.
• Proficient computer skills, specifically with MS Excel.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States now, or in the future, without company sponsorship.
