Engineer II, Product Support

Responsibilities

• Drive program and engineering efforts to ensure aftermarket requirements are addressed via impact assessments and fleet support plans
• Author and develop Service Bulletins to implement design changes, contain field issues, or address quality escapes
• Manage compliance with Product Support Agreement requirements, including tracking component reliability, removals, and warranty financials
• Conduct root cause investigations to identify in-service issues and develop proactive containment strategies
• Present fleet support strategies and technical updates to various audiences and stakeholders
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and suppliers through effective communication
• Review technical publication impacts and drive necessary updates

Requirements

• STEM degree (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) or an Advanced Degree in a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience
• Experience presenting technical information to internal and external customers
• Proven experience with root cause investigations
• Experience leading projects both formally and informally

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in aviation aftermarket services
• Experience in fleet management
