Engineer II - Plant Quality

Responsibilities

• Monitor manufacturing processes and assess product quality to ensure compliance with customer and company specifications.
• Utilize quality tools, problem-solving methodologies, and lean manufacturing techniques to support continuous improvement and root cause analysis.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to quality standards, risk analysis, product audits, and corrective/preventive actions.
• Provide guidance to manufacturing personnel on the proper application of quality systems and tools.
• Lead and participate in major problem-solving projects and cross-functional teams.
• Create and improve data management systems and training materials for advanced problem-solving methodologies.
• Interpret technical prints and measurement tools using GD&T.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 3-4 years of experience in a relevant engineering role (internships and co-ops included).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Proven ability to interface effectively with cross-functional teams and management levels.
