Engineer II, IT Planning

Responsibilities

• Manage IT investment planning, operational budgeting, and budget tracking
• Establish, execute, and monitor progress of IT investment plans
• Manage IT contracts, agreements, payments, and administrative processes
• Support the stable operation and continuous improvement of servers, software, networks, and databases
• Identify system issues and implement countermeasures to prevent recurrence
• Serve as a communication channel with parent headquarters
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports regarding IT issues and project progress
• Coordinate IT Committee activities and meetings
• Manage hardware and software asset registration, inventory, and disposal
• Support purchasing activities for office and factory IT accessories

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of relevant work experience in manufacturing or construction industries
• Technical project management experience
• Proficiency in MS Office tools for reporting and data tracking
• Ability to work flexible hours to support production teams and global sites

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data analysis projects
• Experience with production system projects
• Experience with MES and SAP ERP system setup projects
