Engineer II, Field Service

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, relocation, and upgrades of ASM equipment at customer sites
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues related to tool operation
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance following ASM protocols
• Collaborate with global technical support teams to resolve complex hardware escalations
• Provide user training and respond to customer inquiries professionally
• Ensure compliance with cleanroom protocols and safety procedures
• Maintain accurate service documentation, including install status and service reports

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
• 3 to 7 years of field service experience in semiconductor equipment
• Solid understanding of vacuum systems, gas delivery, and electromechanical schematics
• Knowledge of microprocessor-based control systems
• Ability to work independently and under pressure in a cleanroom environment
• Fluent in Korean and proficient in English (verbal and written)
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally with no restrictions on overseas travel

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in operating and maintaining PEALD/ALD equipment
• Ability to drive
