Engineer II- Eng'g Qual

Responsibilities

• Ensure production lines operate according to quality system standards and procedures
• Incorporate specific customer requirements into departmental standards
• Lead the analysis, solution, and verification of actions resulting from non-conformities or customer incidents
• Follow up on validations and verifications to ensure process robustness
• Manage process audits, including LPAs, cross-audits, and poka-yoke verifications
• Act as a primary communication channel with the customer
• Provide feedback and participate in updating quality system procedures and standards based on continuous improvement findings

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Exact Sciences, or a related field
• 1+ years of professional experience
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency
• Strong knowledge of Quality Core Tools
• Proven problem-solving analysis skills
• Ability to manage time and work effectively under stress
