About the role
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver digital manufacturing data management solutions and integration systems globally
- Support 24x7 operations for critical data and manufacturing systems to ensure high availability and rapid issue resolution
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents impacting data pipelines, integrations, and downstream systems
- Automate routine operational tasks and improve runbooks, SOPs, and monitoring dashboards
- Partner with manufacturing, quality, IT, OT, and data engineering teams to support operational continuity
- Ensure systems operate in alignment with GxP and data integrity requirements
- Design and enhance data integration solutions connecting manufacturing systems, APIs, and databases
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience developing and maintaining integration solutions or web applications
- Proficiency in JavaScript and GraphQL development
- Experience with Data Visualization and BI tools such as Grafana, Tableau, or Power BI
- Ability to work rotational shifts (first, second, or third) and participate in an on-call model for weekend support
- Must be able to work onsite full-time at the Norwood, MA location
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a biopharmaceutical manufacturing environment
- Exposure to manufacturing systems such as DeltaV, Syncade, Apprentice Tempo, or Aveva
- Experience with containerized applications using Kubernetes EKS
- Proficiency with relational databases like MSSQL or PostgreSQL
- Knowledge of manufacturing standards such as ISA-95 or PackML
