Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own a subsystem end-to-end from design and build to field validation and flight
• Work directly with the CEO and a small team of world-class builders
• Drive rapid iteration loops across design, integration, testing, and flight operations
• Execute flight systems from concept to reality in the field, including Mojave test campaigns
• Push hardware to its limits and deliver results with extreme ownership

Requirements

• Exceptional engineering background across mechanical, aerodynamics, RF, GNC, electrical, avionics, power electronics, energy storage, software, or systems
• Extreme ownership and high-trust mindset; no hand-holding required
• Ability to thrive under pressure, learn fast, and troubleshoot in the field
• Willingness to travel to Mojave and work early/off-hours to meet flight test schedules
• Obsession with quality, speed, and raw engineering execution
