About the role
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot complex issues within GxP Process Automation Systems, including DeltaV or Allen-Bradley programmable logic controllers
- Support the operation of cutting-edge manufacturing systems such as Aveva System Platform, Rockwell Automation ControlLogix, Syncade, and Apprentice Tempo
- Maintain and sustain a culture of compliance in both solution design and operational maintenance
- Ensure the smooth operation of manufacturing processes to support mRNA therapy production
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technology discipline
- Ability to work first, second, or third shifts to support 24/7 operations
- Must hold current US work authorization without the need for future sponsorship
- Ability to work onsite full-time at the Norwood, Massachusetts location
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical information to stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in IT networking and OT troubleshooting and optimization
- Understanding of biopharmaceutical processes and equipment
- Ability to quickly adapt and learn new skills and technologies
