Engineer I, Process Automation

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot complex issues within GxP Process Automation Systems, including DeltaV or Allen-Bradley programmable logic controllers
• Support the operation of cutting-edge manufacturing systems such as Aveva System Platform, Rockwell Automation ControlLogix, Syncade, and Apprentice Tempo
• Maintain and sustain a culture of compliance in both solution design and operational maintenance
• Ensure the smooth operation of manufacturing processes to support mRNA therapy production

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technology discipline
• Ability to work first, second, or third shifts to support 24/7 operations
• Must hold current US work authorization without the need for future sponsorship
• Ability to work onsite full-time at the Norwood, Massachusetts location
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical information to stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in IT networking and OT troubleshooting and optimization
• Understanding of biopharmaceutical processes and equipment
• Ability to quickly adapt and learn new skills and technologies
