Engineer HKLS

Responsibilities

• Act as sub-project manager and take responsibility for the entire planning process
• Lead project teams independently through all HKLS planning phases of building construction projects
• Perform planning activities within an integral team supported by Building Information Modeling (BIM)
• Represent ATP to clients, authorities, and executing companies
• Collaborate closely with architecture, structural engineering, electrical engineering, and site supervision departments
• Support the implementation of the ATP Green Deal focusing on climate-neutral and sustainable building planning

Requirements

• Degree in technical building equipment (TGA) or comparable training
• Several years of professional experience in HKLS planning and specialist construction management
• Experience with medium to large-scale projects across all performance phases
• Proficiency in Auto-CAD and Revit
• German language skills at C1 level or higher
• Structured and independent working style

• Interest in sustainability and the Green Deal
• Experience in leading diverse teams and mentoring junior employees
