Engineer - HIG - HBM Design

Responsibilities

• Design and analyze digital and analog circuits for memory products, contributing to silicon-to-systems solutions.
• Develop groundbreaking memory designs from technology development through product validation.
• Collaborate with global design and verification teams, including Product Engineering, Test, and Process Integration.
• Assist with the overall design, layout, and optimization of Memory, Logic, and Analog circuits.
• Oversee the layout process, including floor-planning, placement, and routing.
• Perform verification processes using industry-standard modeling and simulation tools.
• Review product requirements and logic diagrams for device definition and ensure manufacturability.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor device physics, including diodes and MOSFET operation.
• Experience with custom logic design, including fundamental logic circuits, state machines, and flip-flops.
• Proficiency in analog design, including op-amps, regulators, and oscillators.
• Experience with memory devices and circuit simulation using HSPICE and ADE.
• Proficiency in schematic entry and layout checks using Cadence Virtuoso.
• Ability to write scripts in Python and C++.
