Engineer - GISOCC R&D DSIS

Responsibilities

• Manage new service and support tickets for COE SW subdomains, including incident and change ticket management.
• Support CI/CD Jenkins build/test processes and various pipeline stages within the Valeo GenFramework.
• Provide user support for CoreALM, ALM NG, and SIE applications.
• Ensure customer service levels are met within defined SLAs and KPIs.
• Provide technical support in a 24/7 environment.

Requirements

• B.E/ B.Tech in Computer, Communication, or Electronics Engineering, or B.Sc in Computer Science / BCA.
• 1 to 4 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proficiency with ticketing systems such as Jira.
• Strong understanding of operating system administration for both Windows and Linux.
• Knowledge of CI/CD toolchains including Jenkins, GitHub, and Gerrit.
• Familiarity with static analysis tools (e.g., Klocwork, Coverity) and vulnerability scan tools (e.g., Blackduck).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Docker and Cloud Technologies (AWS).
• Knowledge of software release management and exchange.
• Familiarity with tools such as Nexus, Artifactory, TeamForge, Codebeamer, or GCC.
