Engineer for Launchers Production Quality

Responsibilities

• Manage the manufacturing process and quality assurance for satellite launcher and Ariane 6 aerostructures
• Oversee non-conformities and deviations during the manufacturing process, identifying opportunities for reduction
• Implement improvement projects to reduce the Cost of Quality, including inspection and sampling optimization
• Lead quality activities for new structure developments and modifications using APQP, Control plans, and PFMEA
• Participate in Quality Assurance and Quality Inspection offers and monitor budget consumption
• Drive the PPS process for critical and repetitive issues to ensure action efficiency
• Manage Quality and Operational Gates and support OES implementation
• Promote a preventive quality mindset and ensure implementation of basic quality processes across plant teams

Requirements

• Proven experience in Quality, specifically within a production environment
• Strong knowledge of Composites technology (manufacturing and/or assembly)
• Proficiency in APQP, PFMEA, Control plans, and FAI
• Fluency in Spanish for shopfloor management
• Business level proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Ability to manage complex technical processes and drive continuous improvement
