Engineer - Facilities and Site Services Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead facility management, campus security, utilities, and site services for a 24x7 manufacturing facility.
• Oversee third-party contractors managing both hard services (HVAC, Utilities, MRO) and soft services (security, landscaping, janitorial, waste management).
• Own and coordinate the Site Emergency Response for facilities and infrastructure to ensure continuous operations.
• Develop and sustain technical systems, processes, and best practices for the Concord site.
• Partner with HSE to ensure compliance with environmental permits and waste handling regulations.
• Manage event investigations, CAPA, and change control processes related to facility operations.
• Act as the primary Lilly representative for local contractors and authorities.

Requirements

• BS in Engineering or equivalent work experience.
• 5 years of experience in facilities or site services.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated technical leadership skills.
• Experience working in a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) operational environment.
• Experience with CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) processes.
• Proven experience managing third-party service providers and contractors.
