Responsibilities
- Oversee the installation, modification, upgrade, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment
- Set up equipment maintenance guidelines and define maintenance schedules
- Establish and improve equipment repair systems
- Manage machine parts to drive improvement and cost reduction
- Handle equipment repairs and abnormal condition troubleshooting
- Enhance equipment capacity and performance
- Conduct evaluations and manage the import of new machinery
Requirements
- Experience in equipment maintenance guideline setup and repair system improvement
- Ability to handle abnormal conditions and perform equipment repairs
- Experience with machine parts management and cost reduction initiatives
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
