Engineer Equipment Furnace

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting of highly complex semiconductor furnace equipment in an operational maintenance environment
• Act as a system expert for furnace equipment with a strong hands-on approach directly at the machines
• Continuously optimize maintenance processes, including identifying opportunities for efficiency and cost reduction
• Collaborate closely with equipment manufacturers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
• Create, maintain, and develop maintenance instructions, equipment documentation, and KPI-based reporting
• Plan and conduct equipment-specific training for maintenance staff

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Service Engineering, or a comparable field
• Certified electrician (Elektrofachkraft) with a strong background in maintenance
• Professional experience as an Equipment Engineer, ideally within furnace technology or semiconductor manufacturing
• Proficiency in SAP and experience working within structured administrative processes
• Fluency in German and good command of English
