Engineer - Electromagnetic Compatibility

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute EMC certification projects, ensuring compliance with international standards.
• Act as the primary technical interface for clients, explaining requirements, procedures, and project status.
• Establish test programs by analyzing product designs and applying applicable EMC standards (e.g., ANSI, CISPR, IEC).
• Identify non-compliance issues and recommend effective corrective actions.
• Develop and implement special test methods for emerging technologies and new standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support the training of junior engineers and laboratory staff.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, sales, and global teams to support business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology (Electrical, Electronics, or related field).
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in EMC testing (ISO 17025), certification (ISO 17065), or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of EMC standards and conformity assessment frameworks.
• Proven ability to manage complex technical projects independently.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface with global clients.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with laboratory operations and test methodologies.
• Strong project management skills.
