Engineer - DDR System Software

Responsibilities

• Debug and develop DDR initialization and runtime driver sequences for state-of-the-art LP4x/LP5x technology
• Identify and debug DDR system issues including memory corruption, memory lockups, bit flips, and memory leaks
• Drive multiple programs and collaborate with cross-functional teams such as performance, PHY, and controller design
• Perform triage of DDR issues and execute system-level validation tests on mobile systems
• Enhance and develop test cases to ensure stability, power, and performance goals are met

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 2+ years of Software Engineering or relevant work experience
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, or Python
• Strong understanding of SOC architecture and DDR SW systems
• Experience with embedded systems, JTAG, processor architecture, or RTOS

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant work experience in DDR technology (memory controllers, PHY, and DRAMs)
• Experience in firmware or platform driver development and board bring-up
• Strong debugging expertise in system-level issues like cache corruption or CPU hangs
