Engineer, Data Analytics Engineering

Responsibilities

• Support development of operational dashboards and data visualization tools for manufacturing KPIs
• Assist in data collection, cleaning, and analysis of process engineering data
• Build and maintain reports using Python, SQL, Power BI, or equivalent
• Collaborate with engineers to translate data insights into actionable process improvements
• Participate in BEST Program milestones including IDP reviews and applied analytics projects
• Contribute to automation of manual reporting processes across engineering functions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, IT, Statistics, or Engineering
• Fresh graduate or maximum 1 year of work experience
• Proficiency in Python, R, or SQL
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Strong quantitative and analytical academic background
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Coursework in machine learning, statistical modeling, or process analytics
• Exposure to manufacturing data, IoT sensor data, or time-series analysis
• Knowledge of database management (SQL Server, MySQL)
• Capstone or thesis experience in data analytics or AI/ML
