Engineer

Responsibilities

• Conduct engineering operations to maintain efficient bottling line production and maximize output
• Focus on preventative maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives
• Support wider business functions in the completion of engineering projects
• Partner with Bottling Operators to provide mentorship and solve minor technical issues
• Champion safety initiatives to ensure safe working conditions and effective policy implementation

Requirements

• Multi-skilled background in both mechanical and electrical engineering
• Practical experience in milling, turning, and fabrication
• Proven ability to diagnose complex engineering issues and implement problem-solving solutions
• Strong focus on increasing operational efficiencies and cost control

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working within a bottling hall environment
